Vacation Days
Saltlux encourages all employees to balance both their work and personal life. We encourage the use of
the vacation allowance. For those who have been working with us for a long period of time, we give
additional vacation days and allowances, in order for them to have more family time.

Personal Anniversary Support
gift certificates for all employees on birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and Saltlux’s joining day.

A meal allowance is given once a month to promote team-building.
